If your order doesn't fit, you received a wrong item or you don't love it as much as you hoped, you can simply return it! 

At Wear Pet, customer satisfaction is always our top priority. Our dedicated quality control teams will inspect your items prior to shipping. However, you do need to carefully and accurately check the size before buying. Please kindly refer to the size chart.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return your item within 3 days after you received the product. Please return the item in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags. 

We work hard to ensure that each product that leaves our warehouse is not defective.  If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise (model, size and/or color), please contact us at info@wear.pet and provide a photo of the defect and we'll do everything we can to put a smile back on your face.

Non-returnable items
The following are not eligible for refund and will be denied:

  • Returns received after 30 days of the original shipment date
  • All items marked “FINAL SALE”
  • Damaged, washed, worn or altered items, including items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume and/or stains.

 

Return shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
If you are shipping an order over US$50, we suggest you consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Wear Pet is not responsible for any return packages that are lost or damaged. Please send us a proof of postage as a confirmation of delivery.
After we received your item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your goods, we will also notify you the approval or rejection of your refund.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@wear.pet


NOTE:
To start a return, please contact us first and we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

You should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
